The UnDiet: Painless Baby Steps to Permanent Weight Loss
Learn simple principles of weight loss without dieting. For example, knowing that one pound of fat is 3500 calories, taking out 100-200 calories a day (a soda, can of juice or iced mocha) would cause us to lose between 10-20 pounds a year! Also, eating foods high in fiber cause weight loss – every 1 gram of fiber we eat causes our body to burn 7 additional calories.
